On the 20th of February 2013, a Filipino contingent which comprise of 19 members of the Mindanao Association for Quality (MAQ), Inc., a local chapter of the Productivity Improvement Circles Association of the Philippines, visits Wealth Management System Limited (WMSL) office for their association's 2013 International Benchmarking Activity to get to know more about WMSL's best practices. The Productivity Improvement Circles Association of the Philippines is the country’s non-profit organization (NPO) to the International Convention on Quality Control Circles.
The contingent is composed of officials from different organizations like Zuellig Pharma Corporation, Pilipinas Kao Incorporated, Mindanao University for Science and Technology, and the Philippines' Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). They were led by Mr. Cezar Travina, Managing Director / Consultant – MAQ Inc., and Ms. Elvira Cajigas, MAQ President & Consumer Welfare of the Philippines’ Department of Trade and Industry.
Benchmarking was considered a venue as well as an opportunity where members of MAQ can enhance knowledge on Total Quality through learning "Best Practices" from other known and model companies both locally and abroad. Since they have learned that WMSL is known to be a top-listed and multi-awarded Software Company in Thailand, the organization decided to visit the company and learn WMSL best practices to apply or share it with each of their corporate members.
