The Customer Service Department was set up to consult and advise customers on using Bonanza. The Customer Service Department also coordinates with other departments in the company to make Bonanza more efficiently and effectively achieve customers' objectives.

The Customer Service Department's two main roles are:

System Maintenance

Maintain Bonanza as a product and customer relationship; continually upgrade Bonanza to introduce new versions for customer and solve implementation issues.

  • Advise customers on using Bonanza after implementation

  • Advise on the maintenance of components (such as databases and system networks) as related to our program

  • On-site advice on Bonanza

  • Solve program error problems immediately

  • Send product improvements and modifications to customers regularly

  • Submit service reports to customer quarterly

Customer Call Service

On receiving notice of a customer’s problem, our support staff will try to solve it as soon as possible. Our support staff is knowledgeable about Bonanza.

  • Advise on using product on call or via the Online Service System

  • Solve program error problems immediately

  • Send product improvements and modifications to customers regularly

  • Input daily support into CRQM system
