With its commitment to keep its personnel driving innovation and evolution, WMSL continues to invest in its people by supporting them in training and seminar. Aside from regularly sending its staff to attend seminars, such as for the latest technologies or Intellectual Property law, the company also provides monthly or quarterly in-house training for its personnel.

As an example, the company held a 2-day training on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) last month. The objective of the training is to provide personnel the basic knowledge of online marketing, learn about the different tools and techniques to apply SEO, and exchange knowledge and experience with the trainers.

WMSL also sent Mr. Pichet Wongvibulsin, AVP of Technology Management, to represent the company in the Bangkok Technology Forum 2013 with the theme “Cloud Computing in Action” held on the 25-26 of July at the Swissotel Le Concorde. This has been the first event ever to provide a Live demo from IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and Cloud Security plus a workshop where attendees could take away the real business showcases and tools to assess the level of Cloud in their existing company environment.

The company also keeps its development team consulted by Mr. Pongsatorn "Peter" Sukhum of Infowave Thailand to continue simplifying and automating the process of finding and reducing bugs. Khun Peter is a specialist in Object-Oriented Technology, having spent nearly two decades consulting on and developing high-performance distributed applications in various domains from Semiconductor Manufacturing to Defense.
