As its commitment to further enhance its process and quality management, Wealth Management System Limited (WMSL) sent its 7 personnel to join site visits to companies like Toyota and NHK last May 26, 2011. Toyota Motor Corporation, the world's largest automaker, has the best set of principles and behaviors that underlie the corporation's managerial approach and production system.
Calling it “The Toyota Way”, the corporation summed up its philosophy, values, and manufacturing ideals where it consists of principles in two key areas: continuous improvement, and respect for people. Dr. Jeffrey Liker, a University of Michigan professor of industrial engineering, who published the book "The Toyota Way”, called it "a system designed to provide the tools for people to continually improve their work."
WMSL believes that adapting this principle would be able to further improve its business operations continuously, and make its personnel always drive for innovation and evolution while building respect and teamwork.
