Responsibilities:

• Manage a Project Board Members Team in developing, implementing, and delivering a solution to the customer with based on Term and Conditions of the contract agreement
• Plan, schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, execute, and implement projects according to stipulated deadlines and within budget and contract agreement signed.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to support business requirements in collaboration with customers per the contact agreement signed.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Develop and deliver various Financial Software solutions as per the business requirement gathered.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentation.
• Acquire resources and coordinate team members and third-party contractors or consultants' efforts to deliver projects according to plan.
• Ensure the project implementation rollout and UATs effectively.
• Determine the frequency and content of the project team's status reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or related
• Minimum 5 years of working experience (10 years+ is a big Plus)
• Demonstrates effective communication, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, team members, and customers at all levels, both formally and informally
• CMMI development framework experience is a Plus
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and customer executives
• Demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of FINANCIAL projects
• Knowledge in the FINANCIAL domain is a big Plus
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including the ability to manage project scope, risks, integration, issues, and financials
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

Job Description :

• ดูแลและควบคุมงานด้านปฏิบัติการหลักทรัพย์ภายใต้กฎเกณฑ์ของบริษัทฯ (Settlement & Record Keeping)
• ติดตาม ปรับปรุงระบบปฏิบัติการให้กระชับและทันกับการปรับเปลี่ยนด้านกฎหมายและเทคโนโลยี่และกฎเกณฑ์ภายในบริษัทและระเบียบของหน่วยงานกำกับ (Comply & Update Operation Procedure)
• สนับสนุนและประสานงานกับ Dealer/ Sales Team และฝ่ายปฏิบัติการบริษัทคู่ค้า และลูกค้าบุคคล (Support Dealers / Sales Team / Counterparty)
• สร้างความสัมพันธ์หน่วยงานกำกับของตลาดทุนและตลาดเงินและคู่ค้า (Build Relationship)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create and evaluate digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM) for online channels and social networks like Google, Facebook, Line, IG, Youtube and related bloc.
• Coordinate with internal teams and use data from web tracking tools like Google Analytics, Web STAT etc. to analyze and evaluate customer data and check the effectiveness of marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Search and brief Digital Agency to develop plan and implement.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate and increase customer for Asset Under Management (AUM).
• Maintain and analyze company website to improve new optimize feature.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Process and Product audit and report

• Establish and maintain Process and Product Quality Assurance Plan (PPQA Plan).
• Perform audit the processes and work products conform audit checklist, organization policy, process and procedures.
• Identifying and documenting noncompliance issues.
• Provide feedback to project team and project manager on the result of quality assurance activities.
• Discuss on the noncompliance, corrective action, prevention, owner and completion date.
• Follow up project's corrective action and prevention activities.
• Collect data and analyze audit result for reporting.
• Report quality status (noncompliance) to project and stakeholder involvement.

2. Process consultation

• Provide suggestion on how to use processes, procedures, and templates to project team.
• Understand project situation and project lesson learned in order to suggest the project to prevent the defects.
• Share lesson learned found by previous review and audit activities to project.

3. Measurement and metrics

• Collect and validate project data/project metrics for organization metric report.

4. Management for process and product quality assurance

• Understanding of IT best practices, security controls and risk management concepts.
• Establish and maintain audit checklist documentations. (Quality checklist and IT security checklist)
• Consider and control risk that will impact quality criteria, project achievement and manage issue that including discuss and decide the proper solution to solve any problem/issue if occurs.

5. Involvement in Process Improvement

• Collect feedback of processes, procedure and templates usage from project, service and organization.
• Provide feedback of practical used of defined processes, procedure, templates and audit result (noncompliance) to the process improvement team.
• Be a part of process improvement working group for continuous process improvement activities.

Qualifications and qualities preferred:

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 0 – 3 years of IT-related experience. (Software development, IT Audit, etc.)

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:

1. วางแผน และผลักดันให้เกิดการปรับปรุงกระบวนการการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์และการให้บริการ รวมถึงการบริหารจัดการความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศ (ตามมาตรฐาน ISO27001) ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายขององค์กร
2. จัดทำ และปรับปรุงนโยบาย กระบวนการ และขั้นตอนต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ การให้บริการ และการบริหารความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศขององค์กร ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและใช้งานได้จริงภายในองค์กร
3. รวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ Feedback, Change Request, ข้อมูลตัวชี้วัดต่างๆ (Measurement) อาทิเช่น Organizational Dashboard / Report, Process Performance Baseline, Process Performance Model
4. จัดอบรมให้ความรู้ และประชาสัมพันธ์นโยบาย กระบวนการ และขั้นตอนต่างๆ ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Working Group) ให้บุคลากรตระหนักถึงความสำคัญในการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานองค์กร
5. รวบรวมข้อมูล ติดตามปัญหา วิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในหน่วยงาน พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอให้ Engineering Process Group (EPG) รับทราบ
6. ดำเนินกิจกรรมอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Process Improvement ขององค์กร

คุณสมบัติ:

• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ,วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือ สาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี ในส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการผลิตและพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์
• มีความรู้ทางด้าน CMMI for Development/ CMMI for Service, ISO:27001 หรือการวิเคราะห์ระบบเชิงสถิติ จะได้รับ การพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
